Description/Blazon
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall blazoned as follows: Per fess Argent and barry wavy Azure and of the first, in chief a polestar Gris flanked by two swords erect and throughout Or. Attached below the shield a Red scroll inscribed "PACIFIC WARRIORS" in Silver.

Symbolism
The wavy blue and white bars symbolize water and allude to the area of operation, the Pacific. The polestar denotes the full spectrum of operation of the Special Troops Battalion. The two swords signify the unit's military readiness and mission to provide training and logistical and administrative support.

The distinctive unit insignia was approved on 14 May 2007.
